The warm up feature is a "PTO Speed" also called an "Intermediate Speed". High Idle on a diesel engine is its maximum rated speed with no load. The is rated high idle, full load speed, maximum high idle, minimum high idle, minimum low idle, maximum low idle, torque check speed,....etc..... There are many specifics for testing/adjusting a diesel engine and just as many terms... depending on the manufacturer.
