Voltage / chargering variation ????

The only thing battery isolation would solve would be you not seeing the lights dim for a few seconds, and like was said above, you would then have battery issues. The draw would still be the same on the alternator, so uping the output on the alternator would be a more logical fix.

hey i dont use city power anymore. i gots solar.. and if it rains/cloudy for a while i just start the welder and plug the batteries in for an hour.. i can run the tv all day and the swamp cooler ,, and it normally stay above 80% charge.. man i love technology.

as for the brown comment.. ill just let that go :
