Vibration...not typical

Ok guys, I have a vibration issue that has popped up. I had a new front axle housing that was trussed, electric locker, Dynatrac hubs, with new steering u-joints installed a few months ago. My truck has always been very smooth at all speeds, but I have a vibration now between 60-70mph. I have checked the alignment, it looks good, retightened all bolts etc I could, and even bought Centramatic wheel balancers but nothing has changed. So I dont think its a tire issue. This seems to be verified that the vibration didnt change between the time of me installing the Centramatics with wheel weights vs taking the weights off, there was no change. The vibration is felt pretty much everywhere, the steering wheel shakes back and forth as well. Anyone have any ideas on this? Im at my wits end troubleshooting this **** thing...the 115 degree heat everyday certainly dont help either!

Something else I just looked at...looks like one (at least) of my tires may be out of round. I have it just off the ground and when I spin it about a 1/4 of the circumference of the tire scrapes the ground but the rest dont. This is on one of the front tires...didnt check the rear. Is it possible to get 35" tires Trued/shaved?

Sounds like a belt has let loose in the tire.

From: North Carolina or Kentucky. Take your pick
Well, a 1/4 inch runout will certainlly cause a 8 - 10 hz vib at 50-60 MPH. No amount of balancing will cure.

the belt in the tire is most likely broken. send the tire to the scrapper it will only get worse or blow out

Im trying to get a hold of MT to see if they will warranty a replacement, I know it will cost me a little bit (its pro rated) but I still have 75% tread left. Ima throw my spare on the right front and see if it smooths out since my spare took only 4 oz to balance compared to 10-12 oz for all the other ones.

Well, this not so typical turned into typical lol! I put my stock tires back on and the truck runs smooth as silk, so I have my wheels and tires at Big-O to break them down and match em and road force balance them. I hope this works and if they dont or I find a defective tire Im going to get replacements. I will probably send the Centramatics back as well but I will hold off on that for a bit for further testing once I get the wheels back. They will be able to tell me if I have a bad tire or not. Ill keep yall updated.
