vibration between 1500-1800 RPM in PARK!
I have a 2006 Dodge 2500 4 x 4 quad cab with 140,000 miles. When in park the truck starts shaking at 1500-1800 rpms. It has been at three different shops. The first one replaced the crankshaft seal on the front and this is when we first noticed the vibrations at 1500-1800 rpms. We took it to the dodge dealership and they replaced one injector. Still had vibrations, refused to pick up and they kept it another week eventually saying that we needed to replaced the entire motor. we picked it up and took to diesel mechanic shop. they replaced 2 more injectors and said it was fine. picked it up and still had vibrations. Any suggestions?

I also have had a slight vibration in my truck at idle for over a year. Step on throttle and vibration would smooth out. Have taken it to 3 different dealerships in the last year. First one said that it was due to the dual mass flywheel just after the Dodge warranty ran out. I Can do that my self when it gets real bad. Took to a good diesel mechanic and he said "This truck is a dog and a couple of injector weren't firing right. Take it back to Dealer for warranty." since the Cummins warranty goes till 100k. Second dealership replaced all injector and when I drove out still no difference in power and shake still there. Decided wait till had more time to do the flywheel. Now fuel mileage is down right awful. 3rd dealership and told them what had been going on. They checked deeper and found number 1 hole was a wash and the number 5 hole is starting to go. Now waiting for Dodge and Cummins to try and figure out how to blame it on me so they do not have to warrant it. This is my second Cummins diesel. The first one was a '99 and had a 53 block. Loved the trucks power and mileage but the crack keeps weeping so the trade for this '07. Thank good it was a 5.9. But now with the second problem this is almost enough to make me want to by a Power Stroke. I repeat almost. So to tie back to the thread. It is quit possible they are right about your motor.
