Vibration from 35-50

Hi,

this is a new problem just today. Truck has not been driven in 2.5 weeks. before that I towed from Maine to Wyoming with no Vibration. Drove 25 more miles the day I got back from the trip with no problems.

Today, actually, just an hour ago, I noticed a lot of vibration starting at around 35mph (38 was the worse) up to 50mph. The vibration lessened after the truck shifted again at 50ish but still things seemed louder and a little vibration but I think that may be more parania than anything.

If I released the accelerator pedal and let the truck coast back through the vibration zone there was no vibration. The truck was at 750rpm while coasting.

It appears to me that the vibration is coming from the rear. The tires look good and nothing has changed since the long trip to Maine and back which was 5500 miles with the last 2200 towing a car back.

Any ideas what could have happened or be the problem.
