i have some issues after installing the transgo kit i want to try and adjust the tv cable because it seemed to work on my other truck that i had. i know what cable it is but i cant seem to adjust it or dont know what button to push to get it to adjust. i think it needs to be a little looser like 1/16 of an inch or 1/8th but i dont know how to do it. so any insight would be great.

 

Did you pull the black cover off of the APPS assembly? You have to remove the two black plastic screws and then pry the black plastic inserts out that the screws went into. Remove the cover and you will now see the cables. There is a white plastic clip that holds your APPS adjustment secure. Take a screwdriver and gently pry out on that white tab and now you can do your adjustment. Pulling the cable out more will lengthen your shifts while pushing it in will quicken them. Only go a little at a time as it is pretty sensitive. Push the clip back on and test-drive. Repeat until you are happy....
