Is this a Turbo Issue and should I be concerned?

I have an 04.5 and when I shut the truck down I get this squeel with an air puff sound, very short. It kinda sounds like a bad belt or bearing, but I just got the belt changed with an new tentioner. I have Almost 89000 on it.

Should I get to the dealer, or chalk it up to a "Normal" thing with a Dodge?

Its not the turbo it is the belt. you should be able to get out of the truck and walk over to the front of the truck and still hear the turbo spinning for a few seconds.

That's totally normal for the cummins torque monster. I just like to think "she's" kissing me good night. hehe
