well yesterday i got my uncles edge juice with attitude in and what an install. great instructions and very straight forward. i also installed a volant intake on his truck and we havent driven it yet to know what it feels like, while i was under the hood my dad and brother started a procomp 5 inch lift and we finshed it up today and it was no easy battle!!

but anywho my uncle wants more whistle and he has a 4 inch turbo back straight pipe. what i wanna know is when iwas putting the intake on i noticed that the turbo has what looked like my HX35 silencer ring. can you remove the silencer ring from the 3rd gens?

also after installing the edge his check engine light came on. i knwo the edge has a code reader in it but iwas just curious to know if that usually happens?
