has ayone used the TruFilter? If so, which one fits the Dodge Cummins? What filters do you use if you don't use the TruFilter?

true flow

I plan on 1 also, 30200 is just the drop in filter, I think i might do a cool blue hose & one of these filters. Should be fine, I use foam filters on dirtbikes, just dont over oil.
Below is a search & there are 2 on ebay, dont knowif any site sponsors sell these and price.

I am sorry, I meant the filer for your oil. It has replaceable cartriges you purchase and use in it. it is supposed to filter 9 times as well as a stock oil filter.

Interesting, looks well made. Says filters to 35 microns. I use fleetguard stratopore now,( I would be interested to know how low microns they filter) and Frantz bypass is ordered and hopefully will get it on this week or weekend. It is a low pressure bypass filter (as all are ) that filters to 1/10 th micron. It was 208 bucks with 16 filters. (It is just rolls of toilet paper but is proven technology since late 50's or early 60's.) You can run 2 units or one. I'm just going to run one and since we have 12 quarts of oil will change roll every 2000 miles and replace one quart of oil when change roll. AlBright; Sounds like you are interested in microfiltration, if you haven't alreadychecked out www.bobistheoilguy.com you should. Someone over there may use the trueflow oil filter you are talking about, and besides there is a lot of great info there on oil, filtration, UOA's, extended drain intervals and bypass and microfiltration. Do you know how much the filters cost? I could not find it.

I think they are around $200.00. Pretty pricey!
