True Synthetic Oil...Should cost less
If true synthetic oils (Not those made from ""Pure" base stock) do not use any Dino oil, shouldn't the price stay relatively stable, compared to the rising cost of motor oil made from dead dinosaurs??

Well, it all depends. In theory your hypotheis is correct, besides 'pure' base stock products, where do you suppose the synthetic manufacturers get the other materials found in their oils? Are those items prices rising?
The synthetic manufacturers touted how much better their oil was than dino oil an charged more for their products because of the high cost of ingredients.
Could we expect to see the synthetic prices rising in a paralled to dino oil because of this mindset? ABSOLUTELY.
There are still manufacturing overheads, costs of raw materials, transportation, etc wrapped up in the cost of synthetics. All of this should see an across-the-board increase just like everything else is experiencing.
