Truck will only idle
I have 2003 2500 HO dodge auto and the truck is stock. Some times when you start the truck it will only idle. When you push the accelerator down it does nothing, keep pushing on the accelerator and after about one minute the engine will rev up and everything is ok. It showes no codes and the dealer is not sure what to do. any ideas, Thanks

Tell your dealer to check TSB #18-027-03 It involves reprogramming the ECM for no throttle response complaint.
My buddys 03 had the same problem, I flashed the controller and it been fine ever since.
