A friend of mine had a new engine put in his 04 by dodge. After install he had to take it back a time or two b/c it wouldn't shift into the higher gears. He got it back and ran good for a couple of days and then the trans went.
The dealer said the front pump went out.

The truck has about 94k on it and shifted fine when he took it in. Is there anything that could have went wrong on the install that could of caused this? The dealer is not going to cover the repairs for the tranny so any help would be appreciated.
