While checking for any play in the U joints, I found some movement in the output shaft of the transfer case. Just a slight rocking up and down with no oil seeping. Only 40K on the truck. I'm not sure about "some play" in this area. It has been only used in 4X4 a few times to make sure it worked and it has just been spinning along like alot do. I would think the bearings should show no play. Thanks, Bill 2004.5
