Trans pan gasket

Need some advice. I plan on putting in my 3 gages for monitoring my Boost, Exhaust and Trans temp. The company I purchased them from sent instructions on how to mount the Trans prob. I need to take the pan off and drill a hole in the side of it and replace the pan and oil. My question is should I use an ordinary gasket for the auto store or is there liquid type out there I should be using to make sure I don't get a leak.
Any advice on installing these 3 gages would be welcomed.
Thanks

The factory gasket is a plastic frame with an o-ring impregnatedinto it. You can reuse them or just replace them but I would use the chrysler gasket either way. just my $.02

I use the factory sendor for trans temp. But...
Which trans do you have? On the 48RE the gasket is absolutely re-usable.
Drop the pan then re-install. Just did it last weekend myself.

I've had my pan off about 4 times and have just wiped down and reused the factory gasket with absolutely no leaks!!!!

Re-use the factory gasket I did last week when I installed the ATS Pan which BTW holds 5 more quarts and already has the hole tapped for the sender.

Like everyone else has said, re-use the factory gasket. I replaced my pan with a +2 qts PML
trans pan 3 weeks ago. See my Gallery for photos. I also installed my gauges and those pics
are there to see also.

How difficult is it to install the sensor in the cooler line from the transmission to the cooler? Seems as if I've read previous posts about this and I was under the assumption the cooler line was the best/most accurate place to install the sensor.
