Towing Upgrade Turbo/torque Converter

I Have A Dolled Up 04.5 And Have About 2000.00 Dlrs To Throw Into It. I Use My Rig To Tow My Toyhauler About 3 Times A Month Its A 34ft Sandpiper Sport Weighting In At 12k Fully Loaded. I Was Debating On Getting Either A New Turbo (dont Know Which) Or An Ats Torque Converter. Which Do You Think Would Make My Towing Experience More Enjoyable. OR SHOULD I LOOK INTO ANOTHER UPGRADE

I'm waiting to hear from Dave on his torque converters I've heard good things about it,Then I'm going to turbo up it depends on how much hp. you plan to go on what turbo is the rite one for you.I'm liking the ats2000 after the research i've been doing, I'm not going over 450hp...or the ps62/12 or the phatshaft ????

I don't think a torque converter will do much for you on the highway. Once it is in lockup there is no performance benefit of an aftermarket unit.

Most of those who complain about the high stall speed (loose) are doing some type of racing.

I would go with the torque converter. I don't think you'll benefit from a larger turbo until you do more mods.

Oh, strike what I just said. I somehow thought your truck was stock. You seem to have plenty of mods to support a larger turbo.

Turbo might be more fun...

until your torque converter goes out while your towing.

I vote TC

Thanks for the replies guys. I was also looking at the aurrora 2000 to my knowledge it is a direct bolt on. I wonder how much it will lower my egt'S and how much power it will give me. Do any of you have this upgrade how do you like it. DIESELS RULE.
