Torque Specs for Hanger Bearing Bolts??

I've noticed a fast vibration on hard acceleration in the 50-70 mile an hour range, and it's not the 70MPH Vibe that we all have. I'm beginnnig to think that it may be the angle of the driveshaft. I have not raised the truck any and other than the Quad XZT box, everything is stock. I was going to attempt shimming the hanger bearing bracket with heavy washers, but I need to know what torque the nuts should be re-tightened to after shimming. If any of you have this problem currently, or have in the past and have found a solution, please let me know. The truck is an early 04 LWB QC, Auto, 4X4 with a cummins. I appreciate your help.

John
