torqu specs

Anyone know where i can get torque specs for the rocker arms, fuel lines and injectors

high pressure injector supply lines to 22ft lbs

exhaust valve rockers tighten to 27ft lbs

Torque injector hold down nuts to 89in lbs.

sounds like you just replaced the injectors, so hope that page helps some.

oh, and be carefull with the injector hold down bolts, they can shear off pretty easy if you go over torque spec.

did the injectors and then some investigating. I have a strane tapping noise now. I did talk to my diesel guru. i took notice of some smal metal nubs on the rocker bridges he said to point them toward the exhaust. (not sure if this will cause tap) But i will be opening er back up tpnight to arrange correctly. any input

did you adjust your valves as well? I hear that can sometimes cause a tap.

not yet, i think i will be doing that next. Anyone have the procedure for adjusting the valves to manufactures specs?
