tire pressure

Is anybody running 325/65/18 tires? At what psi?
I'm running 45psi all around a it looks like my rears are wearing just in the centers.

I'm running 35's on 17" wheels and I currently have mine at 42 psi all the way around. No wearning at all. But then again they have less then 3k miles on them.

Do you rotate them often?

I only have about 1500 mi on them but the little "nipples" that come on new tires are worn of evenly on the front, but only the center ones have worn off in the rear. Thant is what makes me think the centers are wearing.

Did you put the tire on too narrow of a rim?

Drop the rear to 40 psi while unloaded and they will wear flat...

I noticed the same thing on my STT 35's. The front driver's side inside little thingys aren't worn off yet. I think these stock rims are too narrow for the tire. I can't afford new wheels so I have to deal with it. I wonder how low I can go on PSI safely?

Yep my 315's did this if I left them fully inflated after towing. (only in the rear) Use to run 38-40 on rear and full on the front. The Procomps are fully inflated all the time and are wearing great. I only wish they were E rated.

If running empty you could go as low as 35lbs, any lower and you will be producing too much heat. Don’t forget to fill them up if you are towing.
