Timing cover leaking...AGAIN!!!

I have had a leak at the timing cover about 6 different times!!! I have gotten them all fixed by the dealership under warranty....They have replaced the seal/gasket and the cover too. And it has been about 3 to 4 months since i got it fixed last and it is leaking again... is this the just nature for the engines or are they just not doing a good enough job.
Any ideas??

Dealer issue is what it sounds like. This is not a real common issue but I have seen it on here from time to time.

If the seal has grooved the shaft then it will start to leak. A redi-sleeve, slides over the shaft to give a new seal and fresh surface to seal on.

Mine started leaking just after I got my truck. But mine was just lose bolts. So I tighten them up and have been good to go ever since.
