T case shift problems

So this is the 3rd shifter motor i have had in my truck. The first one went at around 210xxxkm. Not sure why but it just did. So i got a used one from the salvage yard and it was working perfectly for the last 30,xxxkm. Then it did it again but i didnt need 4wd for the longest time so i never bothered with it until now. So I got another servo/shifter motor again and same thing so i got another one to make sure but same results. I checked all of the plugs, fuses, switches, bench tested shifter motors, etc. Im out of ideas and im sick of having to crawl underneith to lock in the 4wd when i need it. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. Im out of ideas.

I have a manual shift lever T-case so I can't say I have had the problem, but can you take it (the servo) a part and see what is wrong with it?

well i can manually shift the truck, but i have bench tested all 3 servos, and they all work. Now im not sure were else to look. I have checked grounds and wires going to the fuse box to make sure and a few other things, but im still not sure. Im not sure if its in the shifter servo or if its in the harness or in the switch. Illl find it sooner or later.
