I would reguard your LP pressure as maybe not totally accurate unless of course their is a sensor in the LP line some where.

As for your LP pressure 4psi @idle, It seems low but I would assume that if your Rail pressure is in line then your LP pressure must also be good.

I would install a gauge to moniter the LP pressure to see if it is actually reflects what the Quad is saying.
Especially being a test model.

If you had low LP pressure you would notice a lack of throttle response, bad fuel milage and a few codes thrown due to the above mentioned.
