Is a picture of my factory/dealer installed brake that was already installed when I bought it. I'm assuming that the aftermarket install should be the same.

Yeah, I've never seen one on an auto shifter like that. It doesn't look out of place on the manuals, looks kinda big rig'ish.

I think I'd have to opt for another switch for that.

i really like my mopar jake, last night on my way home i was taking a corner at about 45 and thats when it downshifts and gives alot of braking hp...well it sent me sideways through the turn. i could have given those guys in "fast and furious tokoyo drift" some competition. i know they recommend turning it off, but i drive one at work everyday and then my own and have never had any problems. just becareful in turns at that speed.

I'll bet you don't see a lot of Dodge diesel trucks in a drift.... and when you do there is definitely some "clinching" going on. LOL.

Glad your okay and good reminder.

Mine only sounds like that when it is cold, after about 5 minutes it warms up and makes the coolest sound on deceleration.

I have had mine (jacobs ) for 159000 kilometers (98000 Miles) and I installed it my self. I would not be without one. I use it for a quick warm up as well but the noise bothers the lady across the back alley.
