Thumbs up Straight piped last night, tires tonight

Well, after reading around here for a while, I had the truck straight piped last night.

ME... The wife...

Tonight, 315/70 BFG's on the stock polished wheels.

Thanks for all the help guys. I think next will be a air filter set-up and maybe a mileage max as I drive about 100+ miles a day and fuel just went up to about $3.10 here. Still better than the Rubicon getting 12 mpg.

I hear that. I have 3 vehicles and 5 bikes. None have a stock exhaust.

Straight piped my 06 as well, the wife said it was to loud, why did I do it, it ran fine before? and all that. However, after a couple weeks she loves it as well, likes the noise, sound like a truck should is what she says now! Oh, and we are paying $3.63 for good 'ol #2 here in Bellingham, Wa.

Haha - what part of Ohio you in?

Diesel has jumped high here recently around the C-bus area. Not sure if that is state wide. We were holding steady for a while around $2.80-$2.90, but the past month or so it's been over $3

Crap at one point Diesel was almost .70 higher than reg. unleaded....Morse Rd is at $3.15 I think 36/37-71 in delaware might be at 3.05. I'm sure that since we are heading into winter and fuel oil consumption is on the rise along with $90 some odd a barrel for oil isnt a good combination for getting diesel to drop any time soon....But i still smile filling it up, way better mileage than the Expedition ever got, less maintance...now if I could just keep myself from adding things to it I'd really be happy.

I thought I was paying to much for diesel. Here in East Tennessee, I have been paying 2.79 for BP Diesel Fuel for about 8 months now. I guess it's good compared to what most of you guys are paying.
