well a while ago i hooked up my snap-on scanner and drove with it looking at all the data and while i had my foot in it it said that boost press. was at 38. so i just hooked up a boost guage recently and its only reading 25 when i have my foot in it, also i got a banks bullet off of a friend for 50 bucks and put that on and the digital boost guage reads the same pressure as the mechanical guage. i dont know if what i was seeing on the scanner is false i would think so but i just want to know. also i havent updated my info yet but i have the bullet, magnaflow turbo back exhaust, banks hi ram and ram air.

I'm no expert, but 38 lbs sounds like a lot of boost for a stock turbo.

 

i get 40 or 42 once on full throttle with xzillaraider on 65hp

 

I get ~33 psi stock turbo and Edge EZ.

 

With my BDTD and my boos fooler I get 40 psi, about 30 when stock.

 

Stock the wastegate should open at 32, and depending on load will hold at 25-26 empty and 28-31 loaded...

With my Smarty Jr on 40 hp i will pull 33-34 empty, and havent towed with it yet.
