Question Squeak, squeak, squeak ?

I'm getting a squeak, squeak, squeak noise under my truck at low speed. I can hear it with the windows down, pulling into the garage. It seems louder in reverse and not as bad when out of gear, forward or backward. Using the breaks doesn't have any effect on the noise. Any ideas?

O.K. thanks. I'm taking it in on Monday to have it looked at. Hope that's all it is. (U-joint). Hope it's covered under extended warranty.

Sometimes rust will build up on the rotor edge and rub/squeak on the shoe.

My squeak was the LF axle u joint. But it also had a slight lope when turning. That was at 71K Just after warranty.

Guys... do yourselves and your trucks a favor and replace the inferior factory stuff with something like this..
http://www.spicerparts.com/driveshaft/automotive.asp,
There may be others that are equally as good, I know these work..
