Spare touches exhaust

Spare touches exhaust
The spare tire on my truck is the same that is on the regular wheels: 285/70/R17 mud terrain tire so it is larger than normal. The exhaust is four inches and the two of them touch each other. I haven't really worried about it yet since it is winter here in Minnesota, but now that it is warming up I'm starting to worry about it. Does anyone have any ideas (relatively cheap) to solve the problem?

Sorry I don't have any solutions for you, but please take care of that right away, so you don't end up on the side of the road with fire extinguishers from your truck and a friendly CHP officer trying to put out a spare tire fire under your truck, especially if it's a gas truck and the fuel tank is right above the spare tire.
Don't ask me how I know this....

put some smoke stacks on problem solved, but you could try using a cuttin torch, and heat the exhaust pipe just enought to bend it a half inch or so away from the tire. i had to do that on my old 87 ford, had duals comin out right behind the rear tires, and the exhaust shop had the exhaust pipe tuching the spare. fired the torch right up, and problem fixed.

Well the normal exhaust location should not touch. So it looks like the 4" magnaflow is bent/curved/routed a little different. Good perfomance shop that installs exhausts or really good muffler shop can maybe make some adjustments to the tailpipe routing.
I would certainly not want them touching. Would not need much space between them, but definitely some.
