Good clutch. Should hold 500+ horsepower.

There are several install write ups, but you will probably have to search for them.

I think that one is rated for 550 Hp but will hold a lot more.
Some have reported it's a little grabby, hard to "ease" out like when trying to back up a trailer etc.
When my stocker goes I'll be getting an OFE or a dual disk which holds TONS of power, is not as temperamental but is a lot noisier and a little slower shifting.

Like he said above me, do a search on South Bend, lotsa good info out there and SB is the most widely used after market clutch, you don't hear much bad about them.

This is about the best install thread I've seen: https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/...h+bend+install Heard the OFE would hold 500hp pretty well too.

Comments I've heard that it took some getting used to cause it was a little grabby. One guy had a great install write up, may be the link that DieselJunky got there. Had pictures as well as drama, good details. Reverse overall in these trucks is geared way to high, have to ride the clutch or it feels like I'll be doing 10 MPG in reverse.
