Slow in reverse after sitting . . . ?

Okay, quick question for you guys. Most of the info on my truck is in the signature below (except for the fact that it's only got 13,000 miles). I don't drive my truck very often, although I try and drive it at least once or twice a week, even if I don't need to. It seems like if it sits for a week or two without driving that whenever I start it up and put it in reverse to back out of the garage that it's slow to reverse. Not slow to actually switch into reverse, but doesn't go very fast even if I am giving a bit more throttle. Is this normal? Anyone ever heard of anything like that? I used to hear a bit of a ping or some fairly faint noise when switching into reverse after sitting, but I don't recall hearing it recently. Any ideas?

ATF slowly drains out of the torque converter if it sits for awhile or at an incline with the nose being high. Pretty normal..
Mine has done it several times so far.

Put it in neutral for a minute or so before you try to back out. The drain back valve is probably leaking by after sitting for a while and the fluid does not circulate in park. Idle in neutral for a bit before taking off and it should be fine.
