should I have my injectors cleaned? Help!!!

2004.5 dodge almost 60000 miles Stock motor. It is starting rough and seems to be missing. I changed the fuel filter about a month ago. Had the lift pump replaced, and now this. The dealer said it is because I have let the truck idle to much and the injectors are dirty. I have been using diesel kleen, I think, all winter but this last week it has got really bad at start up... goes away after running for a while. Also the engine seems to be louder then before. Is cleaning the injectors going to help? The dealer said I have let the truck idle for 400 plus hours. That cant be right. I drive it like a gas truck. Thanks for any help. The truck is at the dealer now.....

just add a half liter of Meaner Kleaner to a full tank and then go run the truck hard for a while.

One more thing. my mileage is up more then normal so I really don't want the dealer to mess that up. But the engine noise and miss is pretty bad. Also the injectors are not covered under warranty? Why not. Should I just get the truck and run it hard to see if it cleans itself out. The dealer has told me that before. Thanks, Dan

put 10K lbs behind it, find some long mountain pass, dump in some power service, sea foam, mean kleen, etc and lay into the loud pedal.

$375.00 dollars to clean the injectors or $115.00 to tell me that I need my injectors cleaned. I thought I had a leaky one. Should I just have them do it? Maybe they will find something wrong?

What about the loud engine noise. It sounds like me brother in laws superduty. Maybe cleaning the injectors only is not under warranty. So go get it and some mean kleen and hammer down?

All the dealers are the same! I told them I did not have to pay the $100 deductable because it was a diesel and they said I was crazy. They even showed me some paper that said it. Anyways, got a check back from them a week later. I just wish the dealer would fix it right. So go get it?
