Red face Serpentine Belt Length - W/Vacuum Pump

I put a new water pump on at 96K and thought I'd change the belt at the same time. The belt I was handed is 127" (3227mm) long. I had told the auto store I had a vacuum pump and exhaust brake.

I can't get this belt on for love or money. I have used a 1/2" breaker bar on the tensioner and wedged it below the viberation damper to minimize the needed belt length to no avail.

Can someone confirm (or give correct) length for this application? I put the old belt on during the interim with no issues.

Thanks,

John C

Sorry no lengths. Go to the belt mfg site or the selling stores site and do a cross over from the numbers I gave you..

EDIT:

129.5" as per Post 7 here:

I just seen that the belt you need for your truck with the exhaust brake has to be 129.449" hope this helps. The 127" belt is for the 5.9 diesel with no brake.
