Rust

Hello, I have an 04 2500 with 82,000 on it an the cab corner is rusting from the inside out, i was wondering how many more people out there were also having this probelm, its the only spot of rust on the truck. Does dodge have any rust policy on there trucks? Also does anyone know how the plastic piece around the 4X4 shifter comes off?
thanks

The plastic piece on the sifter just pops off. Squeeze the bottom, it will come off. I do not think that I pulled the dust cover off, tho.

I do not have any rust problems. Where exactly is the rust spot?

I believe dodge does have a warranty on the body against rusting you'll have to look in your owners manual for that one.
