what do I need to ask for when I go to get my truck reprogramed?

I know to tell them that its hard to start when cold and there is white smoke when it does crank but what else do I need to say / ask for ??
Also want the high beams and fog light to come on together they told me that was not something that they could do.

do a search for hard start tsb. get the number and bring it to them, they will most likely play unintelligent with the tsb's until you do the job for them. and dont let them charge you for a flash to fix a problem under warranty. some will try.

 

Shop manager told me that it is still a warnty job.
