really tired of this truck
I have been having a little more rattle to the truck lately did not pay any attention to it figure just noise associated with the lately round of motor work. went out yesterday started the truck idled fine for a minute then it stumbled once and now I am blowin compression out the intake I pulled the valve cover and # 4 intake crossover is moving just not as much the rest so I am thinging maybe dropped a valve seat and it got stuck between the valve and head. no knocking at idle just sounds like a old steam engine with the one cylinder. just had the head checked 3,000 miles ago when I rebuilt the motor and the machine shop said "everything is fine" any other opinions or does everyone thing is sounds like a dropped seat? also what to do now replace that one seat or have all of them replaced? and do they make a bigger and better seat for these heads?
