tighten with a ring wrench or 3/8" socket/ratchet combo... those above torque numbers sound right, but it doesn't need precicion torque there...

When I changed the fluid back there I did the good ol' "Torque it till it seems tight enough" method. Those numbers seem right, but in the 17,000 miles since I changed the fluid, it hasn't leaked out. So, as Nick said, there's no need for precision torque here.
