pressure limiting valve
problems with 2003 starting. Was suggested to check the pressure limiting valve. to pull the bolt out of the banjo fitting and crank over see if fuel sprays out doesnt seem to come out of the valve but fuel does come out of the banjo fitting. Does this sound like its working properly. Any help would be appreciated. Great site!

You need to push the return line off to the side so its not returning fuel into the top of the relief valve.Completely dry the top of the RV and start the truck. There should be no fuel present. If you want to check if its popping open at a higher pressure ramp the rpm's up.To check its holding all the way to max rail pressure, unplug the fca and cranck the the truck, but only let it run for a few seconds(5-10,no longer). With the fca unplugged it will go to max RP(24k psi roughly).
And it is normal for the fuel to be coming out the return line, actually alot of fuel.
