Plug In Block Warmer

I have a 05 24v cummins and I was told that the "plug in heater" was standard equipment. I can't find the darn thing! Can someone help?

The heater element is there right behind and little to the rear on the oil filter but they don't give you the AC plug with an ''05.
You have to buy the cord separately from the dealer.

Go to a Cummins shop and it will cost alot less.
