If I'm seeing it right,,,look's like the carrier bearing. I think the only place you can get it is the dealer. If I'm not mistaken,,,it's about $125,,,,I think, but not sure.

Just bought one yesterday. $150. With a 6"lift there should probably be a carrier bearing drop spacer, and I dont see one. I replaced my carrier bearing myself. I dont reccomend it unless you have the right tools. Hehe! Pain in the butt! Definately wouldnt drive it that way!

I used a hammer and various punches and chisels, and a piece of tubing to drive the new one on. Heres the procedure from the factory service manual.

BEARING-CENTER REMOVAL
1. Remove rear propeller shaft.
2. Make installation reference mark (1) on the two
shafts.
3. Remove slip joint boot (4) clamp (3) and separate
the two shafts.
4. Use hammer and punch to tap slinger away from
shaft to provide room for bearing splitter.
5. Position Bearing Splitter Tool 1130 between slinger
and shaft.
CAUTION: Do not damage shaft spline during
removal of center bearing.
6. Set shaft in press and press bearing off the shaft.
INSTALLATION
NOTE: Two types of center bearings are used and
are not interchangeable. Install the same type as
the vehicle was built with.
1. Install new slinger on shaft and drive into position
with appropriate installer tool.
2. Install new center bearing (2) on shaft with Bearing
Installer Tool 6052. Drive on shaft with hammer
until bearing is seated.
3. Clean shaft splines and apply a coat of multi-purpose
grease.
DR/DH PROPELLER SHAFT 3 - 111
4. Align master splines and slide front and rear half-shafts together. Reposition slip yoke boot (4) and install new
clamp (3).
5. Install propeller shaft in vehicle.

Oh yeah, you might want look into getting the carrier bearing drop spacer if you dont already have it. Or make your own. I think the formula was 1/4" of spacer for every inch of lift, but you might want to double check that. Service manual says you need to use solid plates, to keep pressure even across the carrier bearing, no washers as spacers

Excess angularity of joint is what got it in trouble to start with.
