Exclamation Plastic clips holding transmission lines

I need to replace the upper transmission line from the cooler to the front oil cooler.
2005 CTD
I see there are two clamps holding the lines together. I got the forward clamp off but can not figure out how to remove or unclip the clamp near the block.

HOW does this come apart?

They are almost like a barbed fitting. You need a tool that slides into the connector to flare the tabs open and then you can separate the lines.
