Pcv??
Since installing most of the parts in my sig ive been running with the plasic cover off the valve cover. Ive noticed that there is oil being blown up and out of the the PCV and onto the valve cover. Is this normal? Im making over 60 psi is this just the nature of the beast making more power? Ive also noticed coolant blows past the radiator cap. I can see drips of it on parts in the engine bay and on the material on the inside of the hood. Do I just need to change my radiator cap?

^^^ this is correct for the coolant.
For the oil, that too is a normal occurrance to varying degrees on different trucks. That usually doesn't happen to me until I hit about 70 psi. It is caused from overpressurization from the crankcase. Usually though it is blown out the tube and not onto the valve cover. There are aftermarket kits (catch buckets) to capture the oil and not make a mess.

Im 90 percent sure its coming from the radiator cap. Im not really sure what im running for boost. My gauge only reads 60#. I can bury the needle but I dont think it makes much more than 60.

You've got the fuel to be pushing north of 75 psi, need to upgrade that gauge.

Yes I plan on getting rail pressure, fuel pressure and 100 lb boost gauge. I kinda figured the arson cp3 was bottle necking me somewhat right now keeping the boost numbers down.
