Was it a factory injector or one of your HP injectors?

UPDATE
One morning at work it wouldn't start at all. Plugged it for the day and it started right up in the evening. Luckily I had an appointment to drop it off at the shop that evening so down it went. Turns out that the problem was indeed a faulty #1 injector. Crappy thing is that there weren't any replacement injectors in Canada. The guy at the dealer said they put it in through Dodge Engineering so it shoudn't take long to get a hold of one. Don't know exactly what that is supppose to mean but I'll give him the benifit of the doubt.
They said I can drive it but have to keep it plugged in at nights or it won't start!!! They also said the checked out the entire system and everything else was up to specs

Did yours clatter or make knocking noises? (It sounds like a filter, or lift pump, unless there was smoke, or unusual noise.)

hard start
How hard are you working your truck. I had a customer with synthetic oil, who was driving it like a car no load and he had a devil of a time starting his cold actually wrecked a couple of batteries. Only thing we can figure never worked it hard enough to break it in and with the synthetic oil just couldn't build enough compression.
