Does anyone know why this code keeps coming up. Does this mean maybe my fan clutch is going bad?

More than likely....either that or check the wires going to it....they have been known to get caught in the fan blades.

I get that code once or twice a year usually in the winter plowing or with the winter front on. I think because sometimes the outside temp is cold and the computer senses the fan is running to fast but I also get the battery temp rationality alot too. But if you get it constantly I would check those other things
