P0341 Camshaft Performance. Ah What???

P0341 Camshaft Performance. Ah What???
I was coming home from getting a load of straw today and my Check Engine light came on, and i had no power. So i took it easy on it the rest the way home but it was missing out BAD and making some horriable noise's. When i got home i plugged my TrippleDog in and it said P0341 Camshaft Performance. I cleared it and its fine now. What cause this?? Should i take it to get looked at. I going out of town with it this weekend and don't want any probs out it. BTW its an 05. Thanks Chris

Crawl underneath the truck and look at the wiring harness running next to the A/C compressor. Make sure the wiring isn't chafing against the metal.
