P0251 trouble code please help

my truck keeps throwing P0215 trouble code, i know it means cp3 pump reg control...is there a reg or is my injector pump going bad? i have a bullydog pmt and it does it at random times, not just under load. please help...

Sounds like FCA going bad, Part #05183245AA if you have 03 or newer 5.9 CTD.
