P0243 and P480 Code!

All right I just had my motor rebuilt and drove it for about 1000 miles without the edge juice or ez installed. Well I put them on today and almost immidetaly after putting them on I have the check engine light on and a P0243 and P0480 code. I know what they are something about low circuit voltage to fan 1 and solenoid malfunction or something. The truck runs awesome no problems at all. Will it hurt my truck to run it with these 2 codes or not. Also how can I fix these problems? Is it something to do with the edge boxes? Also everytime I clear them the come right back up as soon as I start the truck.

Nobody kows a possible fix for P0243? P0480 doesn't seem to concern me but the wastegate does. If its under the powertrain warranty I have only 6k miles left so I better act fast.

I know why nobody knows how to fix it! Its because the code disapears after a day and a half. At least mine did.

Check your Viscous Drive - If the fan assembly free-wheels without drag (the fan blades will revolve more than five turns when spun by hand), replace the fan drive. This spin test must be performed when the engine is cool.

If the VD is ok, it may be your Eng Coolant Temp Sensor near the thermostat housing (2 wires) or the thermostat itself (prob cheapest replacement part).
