P0234

Installed adjustable boost elbow about 2 months ago. I check codes all the time just to see what is going on. This morning in addition to the normal cold weather stuff (P0514) I pulled the P0234 overboost code. 2 questions...
1. Why now after 2 months?
2. Anything to worry about?

Thanks

Probably the right combination of ambient air temp, humidity and the engine feeling really perky.
Nothing to worry about. Guess the Diablo doesn't do boost fooling.
Easy fix is to install Quad's boost fooler.

The VA C3.1 does boost fooling so you could put it back on and just leave it set to the off position. If you still have it.

SOLD!!
I swear thats my luck!
But I can always clear the code if comes up again with the Diablo box.
As long as I know I'm not killen anything important on the engine.
My next mod is a ATS intake arc, if Santa is on trac!!!
Once I get that done I'll be setting that code evey morning on the mountain I've got to pull on the way to my shop.
