if u ordered them allready the question kinda pointless but u can drill yours out, ive allways just replaced them with jic fittings from vulcan performance. the thread is 12mm 1.5, imho the best way to go, u can R & R fuel lines without ever having to worry about new sealing washers.

When you have it apart, take a look at the fitting the hose connects to. This is a big restriction area also. I agree with mini14, replace them with JIC fittings or AN fittings with push lock connectors.

i have drilled the one out on my first gen when i installed the new lift pump. it is kinda a pita to drill brass but we'll make it work! and then you can chamfer if with a larger drill bit by just pushing on the banjo bolt (pretty hard) and then rotate the drill bit in your hand!

Would this work instead? http://www.genosgarage.com/prodinfo.asp?number=LT_FFCPP A fuel filter cap tapped for a pressure port.

The fuel filter cap gives you a place to put a gauge. This really does not address the input and output restrictions. The banjo bolts and the adapter piece they go thru are where the restrictions are.

so has anyone drilled out the banjo bolt on the filter housing that connects the cp3 and the pressure relief valve? or is it a lost cause? thanks
