Opening up ID of H2 Wheels
Searched the topic, and everything I read sais that the ID needs to be opened up to 121.5mm or 4.774". I'm confused as 121.5mm is 4.783". So, should I open tehm up to 4.774" or 4.783"?

I just did 4.774 and it was REAL tight...had to massage them a little with a wire wheel to get them on. If you have any "rust" on you hubs...it will be really snug. I would just 4.783" or 121.5mm so that is not an issue. It is so close anyways...

Mine at 4.78".
I just had mine done last week. Told the shop to go to 4.78". I doubt their accuracy is as tight as .003, since their lathe looked pretty old and did not have a computer control. FYI, they fit close around the hub, but did not rub or bind. I've also seen aftermarket wheels with the hub opening as large as 5.128". Not sure why these aftermarket wheels had such a big opening, but made me worry less about the hole diameter being too large.
I also used the center caps from the factory chrome wheels. Used Hoot's article on shaving off some of the cap and clips. I used a hand grinder with a cutoff wheel for the caps and a grinding wheel for the clips. A little rough, but you can't tell when they're on. I have pics in my reader's rigs section, too.
Also, if you haven't already done so, you can easily re-aim the headlights by using the torx screw on the side of each headlight (pics in my reader's rig). Sounds non-intuitive, but counterclockwise aims the lights down. LOL.
