who makes these guages for our trucks. i want them to match the interior guage cluster and also is there such a thing as a manual temp guage or iam i searching for the holy grail

Check out http://autometer.com/. I was lead to believe that Autometer Phantom style would match the OEM. They do with the lights off but not with the lights on. I do like the gauges but I wish they matched the OEM with the lights on more closely.

If by "manual" temp gauge you mean a mechanical gauge then yes - most manufactures make a mechanical gauge in various lines. The above link probably has the largest line of gauges and the most informative. If you are looking for a gauge for a "manual" trans you can do that also.
