Now I'm confused. Need some axle help ??

It's time to change the axle fluid and I need some help to determine just how much. I checked the Amsoil site and they make it even more confusing. I have an '06 3500 4x4. They list 10.5" AA & AA EL at 5.3pts fluid. They also list 11.5" AA open at 8.9 pts. & 11.5" AA Tri Ri at 8.5 pts. fluid. The easy part is that they all take the same fluid ( minus the additive in some). How can I tell what I have or do I just have to purchase enough fluid for the biggest one??? It only lists a 9.5" for the front at 5pts. The owners manual isn't much help except that it tells me that the 2500 / 3500's do not get any limited slip additive.

So I would appreciate some help here if anyone has solved this mystery. Not sure yet if I'll go with the Amsoil here but thinking about it.

Thanks to all the Dodge Heads out there.

From my 04 repair manual.. Same axles.. Diesel has 11.5 rear and 9.25 front
I fill it until it comes out. the stock cover. Was told fill level is 1/4 below +/- 1/4 inch so I fill it until it comes out the fill hole. Has worked for the 1st 160k
