New Market Brake pads and rotors

I saw these on spike TV on a truck show, looked them up and got a quote. They quoted $400 for rotors and pads. Has anyone tried these out yet on their truck, i know the stockers are said to be the best brakes for our truck without going to the big brake upgrade. But there has to be after market stuff that is better. also i just found out that Hawk finally makes a pad for our trucks, if these dont get a good review then i will be going to those.

When it come time to replace mine, I'll be buying the cross drilled rotors from Phil's again. Used them on several other trucks; life time is great with improved braking and pedal feel.

Mostly likely, yes you will have to open them back up.

Due to the thickness of your worn pads compared to the new, thick pads.

Use a small bock of wood and a large steel c-clamp and compress the piston back.......
